Why I paint.

 

I always scribbled away as a child but took up art more seriously in my 30s.

I am basically self-taught with only some tuition in watercolour techniques. All the rest is talent that I have been given.

I love communicating to people spiritual and emotional images that change or enhance perceptions, beliefs and emotions.

Colour and light are very special to me. I select compositions very carefully to promote my Christian beliefs and emotional realities.

I also paint just for fun and enjoyment. I never take myself too seriously!
